Emma is a minor character in The Demon's Light. She is a shy 17-year-old girl who was kidnapped by the Demon's henchman, Kent, when she was 12, but escaped four years later. She debuts in season 2.

Emma has had a hard time making friends. She has social anxiety and is repeatedly bullied at school. She also lived in a poor household devoid of rule of law and was usually malnourished as a result of the Great War. She took knitting as a hobby and usually used her knitting skills to try and earn some money. She also used the knitting to make more clothes for her family so they could get more to wear, as they had not got enough to buy clothes. This ended up brightening her family's situation despite the poor conditions still being there. She started it since she was 9 and continued until she was 12. Her parents were murdered by Kent and he later abducted her and brought her to Xeren. Kent also ripped up a lot of the clothes she knitted, devastating her.

When she escaped Xeren four years later, she encountered the protagonists but was extremely untrusting at first. She eventually trusts them and depends on them frequently. Despite this, she plays only a minor role in the series and only appears in a few episodes. She does try to go back to her knitting hobby though.

Emma is quite timid, shy, and is at first scared when she encounters Team Demon Light, thinking they work for Xeren. She later ends up trusting them and is quite dependent on them for her own safety.

Emma is extremely talented at knitting.

Emma is bisexual.

  • She is one of the few characters in the series who is played by an actor of the opposite sex.
